A new version of replaceReference (1.3) is available for download (http://www.coolorange.net/html/demo_rep ... erence.php)
This version activates the server license more reliably in case the user who runs the activation has not the required permissions to modify anything in the PSP server directory. Therefore, you don’t need to run the activation as administrator anymore.
There is no need to update to this version if replaceReference has already been activated and runs without any problems on every client workstation.
Before installing the new version please make sure that the existing version gets completely uninstalled. That means the client and server component as well as the replaceReference configuration profile have to be removed.

Diese Version aktiviert die Server-Lizensierung zuverlässiger, auch dann wenn der Anwender, der die Aktivierung vornimmt, nicht über ausreichende Rechte im PSP Server Verzeichnis verfügt. Damit entfällt die Notwendigkeit die Aktivierung als Administrator auszuführen.
Ein Update auf diese Version ist nicht erforderlich, wenn replaceReference bereits aktiviert wurde und auf allen Arbeitsplätzen problemlos funktioniert.
Vor einer Neuinstallation, muss die aktuelle Version vollständig deinstalliert werden. Das heißt die Client und Server-Komponente, sowie das replaceReference Konfigurations-Profil müssen entfernt werden.
